Can you work without closing the premises?
Where possible, we renovate separate zones or work outside opening hours. Temporary access restrictions, noisy operations and power shutdowns are determined after the survey.
What affects the cost?
Area, surface condition, preparation, materials, working height and access. Labour and materials are itemised in the estimate. Additional work is agreed before it begins.
Do you take on small repairs?
Yes. Contact us about a wall section, damaged ceiling panels, lighting replacement or floor coverings. Scope and visit arrangements are discussed individually.
Who supplies the materials?
We can include materials in the estimate or use agreed client-supplied products. Brands, quantities and compatibility are checked before purchase.
How are timing and warranty agreed?
After the survey, we prepare a schedule that allows for preparation, drying times and the operating hours of the property. Warranty and acceptance terms are set out in the contract.
